Receptionist Administrator

We are looking for a bright and cheerful receptionist in split locations - Raumati Monday, Wednesday & Friday 8:30 - 5pm and Waikanae Tuesday 8:30 - 1pm.

In this role you will be responsible for

  • Reception and Diary management - client appointments, meeting and greeting, answering phones

  • Providing superior customer service to clients

  • Printing, scanning, emailing documents

  • Cash handling

  • Updating databases

  • Office supplies and office presentation (minor cleaning)

  • Managing couriers and consumables

You will be an excellent communicator and be experienced with MSOffice with good keyboard skills.  If you are someone with empathy for people with health concerns that can affect the way they communicate, we would love to hear from you.
