Landscape Gardener

We’re looking for an experienced landscaper with a strong construction background to join a small, tight-knit team on a permanent contractor basis. If you’re a hands-on operator who enjoys running jobs, building quality outdoor spaces, and working with a crew that actually gets along, this could be a great fit.

The role is varied and practical. You’ll be involved in the full scope of landscaping work, from soft landscaping like planting and pruning through to hard landscaping and general landscape construction. A big part of the job is building timber structures—decks, retaining, edging, and other custom features—so confidence on the tools is essential. You’ll also be comfortable operating machinery such as diggers and skid steers and capable of leading a small team on site.

Jobs are well organised, clients are good to deal with, and we take pride in delivering tidy, high-quality results.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven landscaping or building experience (essential)

• Strong, fit, and reliable on the tools

• Confident building timber structures

• Comfortable operating machinery

• Manual driver’s licence (Class 2 preferred but not essential)

• Great people skills and pride in your work

• Confident liaising with clients when required
