We are looking for a bright and cheerful receptionist for a young team of professionals in Kapiti 9 - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
In this role you will be responsible for
Reception and Diary management - client appointments, meeting and greeting, answering phones
Onboarding new clients - documentation including AML checking
Printing, scanning, emailing documents
Meeting room setup and booking management
Updating databases
Office supplies and office presentation (minor cleaning)
General administration - and the social club!
You will love computer systems as this business has a lot of automation going on! You will have some office administration experience or you may have done an administration course. You will have good literacy skills - spelling is important, and be familiar with using MSOffice, particularly Word and Excel.
