A full time sole charge position for someone with Office Management experience to look after this busy team while their current office manager takes a well deserved break - training is provided.
Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable and Receivable, Synergy
Account reconciliation –
Running of payroll (manual)
Typing of estimates, correspondence and sending out reminder letters
Parts Sourcing
Customer service and bookings
Sole Charge Office Management,
You will have:
An excellent understanding of accounting processes and principles and experience with accounting systems
Be happy working independently, but also be happy to pitch in with other work around the company if needed.
Have experience in an office management role within a small business.
