Office  Manager

A full time sole charge position for someone with Office Management experience to look after this busy team while their current office manager takes a well deserved break - training is provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable and Receivable, Synergy

  • Account reconciliation – 

  • Running of payroll (manual)

  • Typing of estimates, correspondence and sending out reminder letters

  • Parts Sourcing

  • Customer service and bookings

  • Sole Charge Office Management,

You will have: 

  • An excellent understanding of accounting processes and principles and experience with accounting systems

  • Be happy working independently, but also be happy to pitch in with other work around the company if needed. 

  • Have experience in an office management role within a small business.
