A 32 hour a week sole charge position for someone with Office Management experience to look after two entities. This is a great opportunity to join a close knit team in this fantastic business.
Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable and Receivable, Xero
Account reconciliation – two entitites
Running of payroll (weekly) Smart Payroll
Food Safety documentation.
Freight logistics and documentation for export
Telesales and marketing,
Reporting including cash flow on Smart Sheet, P&L
Filing of GST and tracking tax payments
Customer service
Sole Charge Office Management – website updates/calendars, tracking containers, sales backup, diary management, travel, expenses via xero,
You will have:
At least 3 years experience in a similar role, or cross transferable skills in this area.
An excellent understanding of accounting processes and principles and experience with Xero or another comparable accounting system
Be happy working independently, but also be happy to pitch in with other work around the company if needed. This will require a reasonable standard of fitness.
