SMALL MOTOR MECHANIC

Full time role for a small motor mechanic here in Kapiti.  You may have another mechanical or electrical background that will allow you to service small engines and a range of electrical equipment. 

About the role:

You will be responsible for: 

• Identifying problems with and servicing and repairing small engine equipment and ride-ons.

• Performing maintenance on other equipment such as electric chainsaws, hedgetrimmers, mowers etc

• Customer service

• Keeping good records for billing purposes.

To be successful you will need:

• At least 3 years mechanical background

• Good problem solving skills to help with diagnosing issues with equipment

• Collaborative working style
